I am scanning in a quiz and it's displaying the student ID and indicating that they got every question wrong.  When I look at what it marked for the student, their answers are correct!  I checked my key and it matches up to the student's input.  Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Look at the students results in the app.  If it shows all blank answers you may have to darken the circles and try scan again.

I've noticed a similar situation as well, but it's not all the answers. Once in awhile (maybe 1 out of 20 QKs) will mark answers wrong/blank. I then have to rescan or manually input answers. This has only happened after the new update.
