My students wanted to create student poles/surveys and not have to count or read answers.  So I spent some time and created a batch of QT's that have all the possible numbers.  It ends up with 528 tickets.  So if you wanted you could print multiple batches on different color paper or put a different number on them.

We ended up printing four questions on the back and used it for quick responses from groups of students.  We are going to try and use it for voting for Prom K/Q this spring.

It was created using InDesign.

As well as a PDF file of the generic tickets.  They are set up as 8 to a page.
Also is the excel file with the generic students I imported.
