Apple is reviewing the new version of the iPhone/iPad app, and when it is approved (hopefully this week) you will be able to send scans back to us for analysis. Then we will be able to see what your tickets look like, and help you diagnose the issue. I'm sorry the scanner isn't working for you now.
A couple of things you might try:
1. If you are photocopying the tickets, please make sure the bounding boxes and bubble outlines are BLACK, but the letters inside the bubbles are GREY. This is critical for the scanner to work properly.
2. Make sure you are scanning the Quiz you intend to scan, and the Course you intend to be scanning as well.
3. Make sure the student ID field is filled in properly
