I am iOS 8.1.3 on my iPhone 5C, and it is crashing almost immediately after opening.
I am using the most uptodate version on of QuickKey in the app store.

Please advise...
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.    Hope this helps.    Let me know.   Thanks for using QuickKey.

Check to see if your data is the same on your device and online.  Are the ID codes similar?   Let me know if this helps at all.   Thanks for using QuickKey!

I'm currently having some frustrating experiences. Create a quiz, created new students/classes for this semester. However, when marking i've having the app tell me that the Student id isn't recognized. If I try to re scan the app says the same thing however in the background I see the proper name and that the mark has been scanned and updated.

I'm also having an issue where i'll scan one student and it's coming up as another even though the id codes are different and filled in correctly.

Does it quit every time you scan?   Have you made sure to update the app?

Perhaps there are "blank" entries in the Quick Key Excel templates.

I seem to be having trouble viewing my student's result using my iPad. I used Quick Key to create a survey type of questions (where there is no right or wrong answer). After scanning student's answer sheet and try to view the result, the app just quits.

Before uploading highlight a bunch (81 in your case) rows below the last entry and delete the rows.   This should help.  Not sure what the difference is but it helped for me.   Let me know if this solves your problem.

I have just successfully imported my first class from a csv file.  In"Import Student List", this is the message: "20 successful uploads 81 errors".  The specific error was stated as "First name can't be blank, Last name can't be blank." There were no blank first or last names on my list, so where is it "reading" these errors? And why are there so many? Is this something I should be concerned with in the future? Again, all students were successfully imported, so I won't look a gift horse in the mouth.

Okay, the export to an Excel file took so long that I thought it wasn't working.  Got it now! 8)
