I have received reports of a scanning issue with the beta, some peoples tickets just wont scan:
I apologize for the frustration you are experiencing. The problem is with how dark the copies of the tickets themselves are, not the bubbled in answers. An easy remedy is to run them through the copy machine and increase the darkness and they will scan fine. We are releasing version 2.0 in three weeks and this is one of the problems that is fixed.
If for some reason this solution does not work, please send me a support, and I will get it worked out.
